The Trojan Trillion T Hinge has an all stainless steel construction to ensure ultimate corrosion resistance and strength. The T Hinge doesn't require fixing into reinforcing to achieve PAS24 compliance due to a unique design feature that ensures there is no compromise on strength or product performance.

The hinges simultaneously align vertically and laterally across all hinges speeding up the installation process. Installing the hinge is straightforward thanks to it being fully pre-assembled with no loose parts, having full 3D and linear compression adjustment and featuring an integral click-stop feature that retains the compression adjustment.

TESTING AND ACCREDITATION

Cycle tested to 100,000 cycles with 100Kg loading on three hinges.
PAS24 accreditation, high security option.
BSEN1670 Salt Spray tested to 480+ hours.
