Delivering Excellence in Hardware Design and Manufacturing
Our talented design team is central to everything we do. Every single product within the Trojan range is the result of communication between the designer and the customer. Through this process, we aim to create attractive solutions to common problems. This ensures we continue to bring out innovative hardware products that not just do a job, but meet an exact need.
Therefore, you can be sure that our hardware range is full of tangible features and benefits that will be useful to your own customers. By listening to you, experts in the trade, we are able to adopt an innovative approach to design and keep on developing new and exciting products, made to the highest of standards.
At The Trojan Group, we are proud of our in-house tool design expertise and onsite tooling and maintenance capabilities. In addition to our tool room, we have a number of selected partners to support us. When using tooling partners, we manage the quality process from start to finish, approving all tooling layouts and monitoring the progress.
As well as manufacturing, other key activities on this site include sales and administration plus design and development, aided by a state of the art 3D CAD system and a comprehensive array of test and inspection equipment.
Manufacturing on this site is predominantly reserved for pressure zinc die casting, injection moulding and presswork. Other key activities include tool design and tooling.
In addition to our UK manufacturing facilities, we are also committed to continual investment in our overseas-based production operations in order to meet the growing demand for our products and maintain the quality and service you have come to expect from us.
The focus here is on ever-increasing levels of automation. Manufacturing on this plant, which opened in 2006, includes a wide range of processes and finishing, including pressure zinc die casting, PVD (particle vacuum deposition) plating and powder coating.
By the end of 2014, we will have expanded our manufacturing site in Vietnam, which opened in 2013. The additional space has enabled us to continue manufacturing our most popular products, such as our stainless steel range, in-house. This means we can maintain our patented product confidentiality and stringent quality standards.
